Sylvia Langlois, MSc, BHSc, OT Reg, is an Associate Professor Emeritus, Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto Link. She has a long history of leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of the interprofessional education (IPE) curriculum at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on interprofessional education approaches, assessment of collaborative competencies, and curricular evaluation. She has a particular interest in engaging those with lived experience in the IPE curriculum and incorporating the arts and humanities in the development of collaborative competencies. |

Kelly Lackie, PhD, RN, is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at Dalhousie University Link and a recognized contributor to interprofessional education and collaborative practice (IPECP). With over two decades of experience, her work focuses on advancing interprofessional learning, facilitation, and research across health professions. She holds leadership roles as Vice-Chair of the Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative and contributes to global initiatives through Interprofessional.Global Partnership Development and Interprofessional Research.Global, where she co-Chairs the IPR.Global Summer Research Institute. Her scholarship emphasizes psychological safety and the advancement of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in IPECP, helping to shape more inclusive, safer, and collaborative learning and practice environments. |

Stephanie Fox, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication at the Université de Montréal Link. She has studied interprofessional collaboration from a communication perspective for nearly two decades. Her research focuses on how communication practices shape collaboration in various health and social care settings, including primary, hospital, and residential care. Her work has highlighted how power asymmetries and institutional pressures influence interprofessional interactions and identities. She has a growing interest in interprofessional collaboration across organizational boundaries. |
